:: TRAINING TIP ::
Summer is upon us and for most of the country record temperatures have reached an all time high which is why keeping hydrated this season will not only keep you in the game, but help keep you from any unnecessary trips to the emergency room. The Beverage Institute for Health and Wellness has some wonderful resources to help keep you thirst-free and healthy and it's not all about drinking water.

Alaska's Prince William Sound invites people of all abilities to explore its majestic scenery.

It is difficult not to be enraptured by the landscape of Prince William Sound, the destination for Wilderness Inquiry's (WI's) newest trip itinerary. The sound is sheltered on three sides by the enormous Chugach Mountains rising out of the 5.5-million-acre Chugach National Forest. This remote place is filled with texture and color: the stark white of the snowy peaks, the marine blues of the ice and water, the flashing pink of the scaly salmon. The area is home to dozens of species of birds, land mammals, and marine animals.

WI's trip to Prince William Sound is a week-long exploration of everything this incredible place has to offer. From whale watching to salmon fishing and kayaking along the edge of ancient glaciers, it is sure to be an unforgettable experience for anyone who chooses to join the adventure.

WI is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit organization that provides inclusive outdoor adventures for people of all backgrounds and ability levels. Each year WI travels to dozens of places around the world, and in 2008 added a new destination for participants to explore: Prince William Sound in Alaska. The new itinerary offers a unique wilderness experience that is accessible to anyone with the desire to explore one of the Yukon's most beautiful areas.
